Rob Handley | Co-Founder & President
Rob Handley, is a veteran United States Marine Corps naval aviator with 13 years of aviation experience, including three deployments. Rob piloted the CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter, mastering its complex systems and logging extensive flight hours in diverse conditions—from troop transport missions to heavy-lift operations across challenging terrains during his military service. He holds a Federal Aviation Administration private pilot’s license and has worked in aviation maintenance, aviation safety, and as a Joint Terminal Attack Controller, giving him a well-rounded perspective on aircraft operations and safety protocols. Rob earned an undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, blending his technical aviation background with strong business and management skills. This unique mix enables him to lead teams with confidence, applying hands-on flight experience and strategic thinking to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and achieve project goals. His reliable leadership, developed through extensive military service and flight leadership experience, equips Rob to effectively support aviation teams in addressing intricate challenges.
